Before heading over to the calendar program, think about whether you would like to be seen in person or remotely and whether you would like physical medicine or not. If in person, are you wanting to be seen up North in Burlington, or farther South in Middlebury. Answering these questions will help clarify your search. Dr Wylie also offers a 15 minute free Intro Call if you aren’t really sure what you’re looking for.

Functional Medicine is comprehensive lab testing (blood, urine, saliva and/or stool) to investigate poor functioning health before the problem becomes a disease discovered by conventional lab testing. With lab testing, we can be more specific about removing the obstacles to health. The treatments are usually dietary changes, exercise counseling and other self-care practices. Dr Wylie will assess for biochemical issues that would benefit from nutritional and botanical supplements, by using the least amount possible to improve health.
Physical Medicine Dr Wylie works with a set of techniques learned from many great teachers from different parts of the world. This form of physical medicine is in full support of healing the feminine form. Massage for abdominal organs can alleviate many problems, and all people have abdomens! People who don’t identify as female will still benefit from the treatments for the reproductive organs. A conversation about what to name these parts is offered in order to create a safe space. Dr Wylie will instruct you how to perform the self-care physical medicine practices that will optimize energy and vitality.
PeriMenopause Dr Wylie has advanced training in the transition from childbearing years to menopause. This transition can take approximately 8-10 years. Latent health conditions can rise to the surface during this time as the body adjusts to life without progesterone, estrogen (or unpredictable highs and lows of estrogen) and sometimes testosterone. Often sleep becomes challenging, adding to the stress level a person in their midlife often feels caring for children and parents while at the peak of their career. Dr Wylie is passionate about supporting this transition with physical medicine, botanicaal medicine and Bio-Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Fertility Care: Dr Wylie is passionate about assisting people with fertility. A naturopathic doctor is in the optimal position to assist with unexplained infertility due to our training in seeing health in a holistic way. Dr Wylie prefers to begin with both partners, if both are contributing DNA to the project. Male fertility is in a decline globally and is rarely discussed. There are actually so many ways to boost male fertility! In an ideal world, both partners implement specific self-care practice prior to conception, leading to the health of the next generation. Dr Wylie has specialized training in Fertility, Pregnancy, Childbirth and Postpartum Care.
If you live in Vermont or can travel to Vermont, you can enter into a doctor-patient relationship with Dr Wylie. If you are too far to travel Sarah offers educational sessions and energy work remotely for clients, who have primary doctors locally.
