Join Sarah for 4 full days of learning the art & science of creating space for healthy gynecology from the inside out. Immerse yourself in the lineage of healers that support the uterus to completely release stagnation in order to more fully embrace creative energy.

This class is 30 hours of instruction.

  • 2 hour zoom-meeting before the in-person class to orient us to the science behind the techniques

  • 24 hour in person training entirely devoted to teaching, practicing and trading bodywork techniques

  • 4 hours of mentorship after the in person training, broken up in 1 hour sessions, remote by zoom with other students. The purpose of these meetings is to receive additional support from Sarah after working with the public

  • give & receive the womb massage from Sarah to create 100% clarity of transmission from teacher to student

Techniques Will Include Those for Spine, Sacrum, Hips, Abdominal Organs & Pelvic Organs. There will be no internal techniques instructed during this class.

After this $3K investment you will be able to support women’s health with physical medicine to your community. There shall be additional trainings for special topics such as fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and post-surgical modifications to come...

This class is the foundation course, the pre-requisite for all other trainings for providers.

When: 9am - 4pm >> starting at 9am on March 18 and ending on March 21st at 4pm. There is an option to share tea before class at 830am. Also, a dance party @ 6:30pm on 3/20/2026.

Meals: Lunch will be from 12:30 to 1:30pm daily.
